Steven, our founder and lead tech graduated from the Pikes Peak Law Enforcement Academy and maintains a close, collaborative, working relationship with Victim’s Assistance and law enforcement agencies.

Our staff’s specialized training in law enforcement offers a competitive edge over others when handling crime and trauma scenes and other hazardous settings.

We had an unfortunate experience of needing bio-hazard clean up after our son took his own life. We spoke to our insurance company, but it appeared they did not have a “recommended vendor” for this type of service. We did some research and contacted CrimeTech Services. From the beginning, Steve was caring and more concerned with our feelings and safety than “getting the job.” Steve and his staff were professional and competent. They were very aware of what we had and were going through; were respectful of our time and space; and frankly, made the post-incident physical challenges with the basement their problem and not ours. Steve’s consideration of our feelings was clearly demonstrated when the job was done, he hung a tarp between the laundry room and our son’s bedroom as he “did not think we needed to look into that room every time we did laundry."

 

We cannot express our appreciation for Steve and his staff enough; not only in how they conducted themselves and the caring they openly (yet appropriately) showed, but also with the excellent quality of work that was provided to us. Steve and his staff handled the clean up completely, making sure that disposal was appropriate and by OSHA regulations. He not on only made sure that the area was clean and bio-hazard free, but he also left an air cleaner running for a week to make sure that any airborne contaminates were removed.

 

We contacted our insurance carrier and strongly recommended that CrimeTech Services be added to their recommended vendor list because Steve is a true professional with the appropriate credentials, knowledge and experience to assist people during such a difficult time.
