I was very impressed with his service and approach. He was professional and customer focused. The house had to be cleaned and painted top to bottom due to the insane amount of damage done. He also repaired many items from fencing to garbage disposal, securing the house, and making sure all appliances and furnace/hot water heater work flawlessly. Most professional individual and company I have encountered. Prepared a house for sale for me, he removed a lot of debris and trash from someone who trashed the home, cleaned it floor to ceiling, repainted everything, fixed multiple damages to property. Not only did he completely prep the interior, Mr. Misner landscaped all of the exterior, pressure washed driveway, sidewalks, garage, removed Christmas lights, and fixed a damaged fence. He worked efficiently and provided daily updates on progress. Due to the insane amount of debris and damages that should have took two months to fix, Steve completed within two weeks. He went above and beyond to support and help this difficult process and provided an extremely detailed and itemized receipt. He secured the house and treated it like his own. I was directed to Steve because of a murder-suicide.  He cleaned the scene and honeslty, you couldn't even tell anything happened there. I was 7000 miles away in the middle of an international move with a 3-week-old unattended death.  Steve was a consummate professional.  He clearly explained what needed to be done, what to expect and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Steve was compassionate with the grieving family that was present to coordinate the work.  I was grateful for his support when I could not be there.  He even took the time to let me know how the family was doing.

We had an unfortunate experience of needing bio-hazard clean up after our son took his own life. We spoke to our insurance company, but it appeared they did not have a “recommended vendor” for this type of service. We did some research and contacted CrimeTech Services. From the beginning, Steve was caring and more concerned with our feelings and safety than “getting the job.” Steve and his staff were professional and competent. They were very aware of what we had and were going through; were respectful of our time and space; and frankly, made the post-incident physical challenges with the basement their problem and not ours. Steve’s consideration of our feelings was clearly demonstrated when the job was done, he hung a tarp between the laundry room and our son’s bedroom as he “did not think we needed to look into that room every time we did laundry."

We cannot express our appreciation for Steve and his staff enough; not only in how they conducted themselves and the caring they openly (yet appropriately) showed, but also with the excellent quality of work that was provided to us. Steve and his staff handled the clean up completely, making sure that disposal was appropriate and by OSHA regulations. He not on only made sure that the area was clean and bio-hazard free, but he also left an air cleaner running for a week to make sure that any airborne contaminates were removed.

We contacted our insurance carrier and strongly recommended that CrimeTech Services be added to their recommended vendor list because Steve is a true professional with the appropriate credentials, knowledge and experience to assist people during such a difficult time.
